Are you a carer?
If you are providing help or support to a friend, neighbour, relative or partner who could not stay at home due to their sickness, age or disability, then you are a carer. Please ask at reception and we can support you to becoming identifed as Carer at the surgery. This would mean that you are entitled to a free yearly flu vaccination and an extended GP appointment when required. For more information please ask at reception.
