Patient Notice
From 1st August 2023 we will no longer be taking prescriptions over the phone.
You can request your medication through these methods:
Please bring the Repeat Prescription request to the Reception at least one week in advance or register online for ordering prescriptions. Please ask at Reception for details.
Please make sure that you have put a tick against the medication that you need.
Once you have your login details to order repeat prescriptions online, click the link below to sign in.

Nominating a pharmacy
You will need to choose a pharmacy to collect your prescription from. We call this nominating a pharmacy.
You can change your nominated pharmacy at any time:
- Online, on the app or website where you order repeat prescriptions
- At your GP practice
- At any pharmacy that accepts repeat prescriptions
Medication reviews
If you have a repeat prescription, we may ask you to come in for a regular review. Please book a routine appointment for your review.
Questions about your prescription
If you have questions about your medicine or your prescription please contact the surgery.
Your local pharmacists can also answer any questions about your prescription. They can answer questions on medicines you can buy without a prescription.

About pharmacists
As qualified healthcare professionals, they can offer advice on minor illnesses such as:

They can also advise on medicine that you can buy without a prescription.
Find a pharmacy
Many pharmacies are open until late and at weekends. You do not need an appointment.
Most pharmacies have a private room where you can discuss issues with pharmacy staff.
