Please bring samples/specimens to reception before 12 noon.
Please phone the surgery after 2.00pm for your results to ensure that abnormal results are not missed. Please do not ring the laboratory at hospital as this service is discontinued, call the surgery a few days after the samples have been taken.
The practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
Please call surgery to check your results and if advised to see the doctor or Practice Nurse, please make an appointment.
