This practice operates a zero tolerance policy in relation to the protection of its staff. This means anyone who is found to be violent or abusive towards any member of staff may face immediate removal from the Practice list. In extreme cases, this kind of behaviour may be reported to the Police. This includes instances within the surgery and over the telephone.
